If you, as a fruit grower, aim for even greater precision to achieve a uniform orchard or seek to further optimize your yield, integrating your machine with Agromanager becomes essential.
By adding a Controlbox, you can smartly control existing machines such as a Root Cutter, Weed Sprayer, or Fertilizer Spreader. Similar to the Orchard Sprayer, the Controlbox can also be equipped with GPS functionality. This GPS capability allows the machine to be automatically guided.
Just like with other machines, you start by creating a task map in Agromanager. This task map instructs the machine on how to apply treatments tailored to each tree.
The GPS Controlbox utilizes software developed by Agromanager. This provides the machine with GPS control specifically tailored for fruit cultivation. It enables loading of over 50 hectares of orchard at once and executing operations at centimeter-level precision. Each tree is treated individually based on the 3D task map generated in Agromanager.
When you activate the connection with the HSS GPS Controlbox, you establish a digital link between your machine and the Agromanager environment. No data is shared with the manufacturer of the machine.
GPS
The GPS Controlbox utilizes the 3D task maps generated in Agromanager. These maps can cover entire fields or be generated based on sensor or drone data.
During the treatment of the orchard, all data is fed back to Agromanager. This allows you to track how each tree has been treated. For instance, with a root cutter, you can track whether the application was performed on the left or right side. Based on this data, you can create new task maps or identify any effects resulting from potential errors in application.
