Integration: Vergro (Buyer)

Do you sort fruit for (or on behalf of) Vergro? Then this integration is a must-have! You can easily switch between sorting assignments where all packaging, empties, and sale prices are already known. With just a few clicks, you can start sorting.

This integration establishes a digital connection between your company and Vergro, making document transfer much simpler. Many operations are also automated:

• Deliveries are automatically recorded, of course, after inspection.
• The empties inventory is always up-to-date.
• Importing the sorting assignment, along with associated products, can be easily added.
• Packaging is shared, including all empties items.
• The sorted fruit inventory is visible to Vergro, eliminating the need for emails and phone calls regarding available stock.

When you activate the integration with Vergro, data is also shared with them. The exchange of this information can be modified under the integration's detail page. The following information is shared:

Spraybook

When a customer of Vergro wants more information about the sprays applied to a particular batch of fruit, the cultivation sheet of that batch may need to be sent to Vergro. Sprays are not shared automatically; they must be sent manually. This can be done digitally via Agromanager.

Sorted Fruit Inventory

Fruit sorted for Vergro and explicitly labeled as “customer” or “client” Vergro is shared with them. This allows them to see how much fruit is available for them, enabling Vergro to optimize its logistical operations. Vergro does not have visibility of other fruit registered in your Agromanager.

Agromanager Network

When the delivery note is sent digitally, the information behind the barcode is also shared with them. This only contains the information already on the printed label. By sending this information digitally, Vergro's internal system can be linked to the Agromanager API. This significantly reduces their administrative burden, as entries can now be made automatically.
