HOW IT WORKS

From invitation to cashback.

Simple for you, personal for your colleague. Agromanager takes over the follow-up as soon as you submit the form.

When is an invitation successful? When the invited person becomes a customer for the first time, signs up for Ready 2027 and has paid the first invoice.

You invite a colleague

Enter your own details and your colleague’s details. Let your colleague know in advance that we will contact them.

We get to know them personally

Our team makes contact, listens to the needs of the fruit-growing business and explains the starter package.

Your colleague chooses Agromanager

The order month determines the campaign price. Together, we review the modules, hardware and preferred timing.

You receive cashback

Once the agreement has been signed and the first invoice paid, the new customer counts towards your cashback tier. Cashback is settled after the campaign ends.

Who deserves a smoother start?

This form is exclusively for existing Agromanager customers. Submit one form per person. The invited person must work for another company and must not yet be an Agromanager customer. A maximum of three successful invitations per company can count.

Good to know You do not need to choose a reward. We keep track of the number of successful invitations and automatically apply the correct cashback tier after the campaign ends.

Who can I invite?

You can only invite someone if your company is already an Agromanager customer. The invited person must work for another fruit-growing business and must not yet be an Agromanager customer. People from your own company are not eligible.

What does the new customer receive?

Access to the Ready 2027 campaign for the month in which they order. The package combines Basic, Crop Protection Log, Harvest, Invoicing, a Zebra label printer, one roll of labels and two hours of onboarding.

When will I receive my cashback?

An invitation counts once the new customer has signed up and paid the first invoice. For one, two or three successful invitations, the total cashback is €100, €250 or €400 respectively. Cashback is settled after the campaign ends. The total cashback can never exceed the licence amount your company paid to Agromanager in 2026.

Can I invite more than one person?

Yes. Submit a separate form for each person. A maximum of three successful invitations per company applies.

How long does the campaign run?

The campaign runs until 31 December 2026 inclusive. After the campaign ends, we verify the number of successful invitations and settle the cashback.

Which Ready 2027 campaign price applies?

The order month determines the price: €599 in October, €699 in November and €799 in December, excluding VAT and subject to availability and final quotation.
